Alexander Hamilton Museum
Nevis is the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton. History buffs may enjoy a visit to the Alexander Hamilton Museum on the first floor of the Hamilton House. Hamilton was born in the house and lived on Nevis until age 9. The Nevis Island Assembly meets on the second floor.

The ruins of the Cottle Church can be found hidden down a dirt road on the north side of the island. The church was built by a slave owner and he allowed slaves to worship there with his family. The church was never officially consecrated because it was illegal for slaves to worship at the time.
