This is Part 4 of our series on National Parks and how you can visit them by private jet. We continue with Grand Canyon National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (Lake Powell).

We are continuing our series on America’s National Parks by private jet. Previously, we covered the following parks:

  1. Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks
  2. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks
  3. Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks

To maximize your time, and to including the Grand Canyon into your trip, drive from the Zion area to St. George Airport (SGU) then take a private jet to Grand Canyon Airport (GNC). The Grand Canyon south rim is about a 30-minute drive from the airport. Explore the area and enjoy the stunning views with an expert naturalist guide. Then make your way back to the Grand Canyon Airport for a short flight to Page Airport (PGA) to explore Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (Lake Powell).

Grand Canyon National Park

Grand Canyon National Park is located in Arizona. The Grand Canyon is 277 miles long, up to 18 miles wide, and more than a mile deep. Erosion caused by the Colorado River exposed layers of multicolored rocks over thousands of years.
